About Me

Born and raised in Delhi, India, I have lived and worked across multiple countries before eventually making North America my home.

​

Over the past 15+ years, I have worked across marketing, product, and growth roles with global brands such as Samsung, Nestlé, Airtel, OpenText, and several fast-growing startups. This exposure has given me a deep understanding of how businesses scale across diverse and highly competitive markets including the US, Canada, India, and the UAE.

​

What has always fascinated me is how certain brands become part of people’s everyday decisions—often without active awareness. Apple is a strong example. Despite not being someone with strong brand loyalty, I find myself consistently choosing Apple products, even at a premium. This kind of brand affinity doesn’t come from advertising alone—it comes from consistently delivering meaningful customer experiences.

This has shaped my core belief: companies that focus on customer delight ultimately outperform those that focus only on transactions. When brands deeply understand their customers, communicate with clarity, and build feedback loops across the customer lifecycle, they create both loyalty and sustainable growth.

Across my career, I have worked on product marketing, NPS programs, go-to-market strategies, and lifecycle marketing initiatives. In many cases, these efforts have contributed to measurable improvements in engagement and business performance, including up to ~10% year-over-year growth in targeted initiatives.

​

I enjoy the intersection of customer insight, messaging, and growth strategy—especially how these elements come together to position and scale products in competitive markets. I am now focused on building my career in Product Marketing in North America, where I can apply this experience to help companies strengthen positioning, improve adoption, and drive revenue growth.

​

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, traveling, and exploring different cultures and cuisines. I also stay active through sports and hiking. I am a certified meditation coach, and I value mindfulness as a way to maintain balance and resilience in both professional and personal life.
